David Flett

David has been working in Manufacturing for over 35 years in the U. S. and internationally. He is highly experienced at leading Continuous Improvement initiatives for problem solving, process improvement, and system innovation to achieve greater levels of quality and productivity.

David has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario, and has held Quality roles for most of his career in different kinds of Manufacturing companies. He has also served as Internal Consultant and Trainer of Quality & Productivity utilizing the Toyota Production System and 6 Sigma for Teleflex, Inc. in the U.S., Canada, England, Ireland, Germany, France and St. Kitts & Nevis.
